Hello, your marks are very good and also there is a possibility of getting a government college. According to your marks your rank ranges between 16000-18000 which will definitely give you a good list of college. Since cutoff is not out yet nothing can be said all you can do is prepare yourself for a good counselling and you can do that with the help of college predictor it'll give you colleges as per your marks which you can choose during counselling. I'm giving the link below hope this helps you.

Dear Aspirant,

Firstly congrats for such a good score in NEET.570 is a very good score to get you admission in Government medical college through All India Quota and state level quota. As per last year cutoff 560 was considered a safe score to get you government medical seat through AIQ.As you have not mentioned your state and category so its difficult to predict your college.

Given below is the link to predict your college by submitting your NEET score.Hope this helps.
