Hello.
according to the eligibility criteria of VIT University a candidate must have secured at least 60% in his/her class 12th aggregate in physics chemistry and mathematics so you are not eligible to write VIT exam but yes you have another option that you can give improvement exam and after the improvement of your marks and you will be eligible if you get for more than 60%.
