Hi !

Yes , anyone can apply for admission to UG MBBS course in private medical college under KEA in management quota , provided you must secure minimum marks in NEET so as to meet the cutoff of a particular college. The candidates with domicile can apply for open seats or government seats and non-domicile candidates can apply through management quota. Kerala is a state with both government and private self financing colleges. The cutoff for government self financing college was 522 with closing rank of 14287 for Pariyaram Medical College , Pariyaram. And for private self financing college was 481 with rank of 29329 for KMCT Medical College , Manassery.
