Hello dhanu,

Neet is the sole entrance test for admission to MBBS  and other medical and paramedical courses in India. The exam is organised by the National Testing Agency.

Admissions through NEET are basically categorised in two types of quota i.e., All India Quota (AIQ) and State Level Quota. All India Quota comprises 15 per cent of the overall seats and the rest of the 85 per cent are filled under state-level quota.

As per your question, you have got 431 marks in neet which is a very good score, you can get government MBBS seat under state quota very easily. As you haven't mentioned your category so its quite difficult to predict about AIQ, As cut-off for AIQ are high for general quota but if you belong to reserved category than you might have chance for AIQ.

Hope this will help you a lot,

Thank you.

Hi dear,
.
Sad to say but need to say, You can't get a seat with 431 marks...
There's a lot of competition in MBBS,510.marks students are struggling  for seat...
Nearly lakhs of people getting increased yearly for competion...
.
Don't be sad you can get BAMS and BHMS but dear its very difficult to get MBBS...
.
Don't lose hope give a try...you can even go for private colleges...
And to inform you private college fees in nearly 60L.
If you have got no problem in financial way..Then go for it..
.
Don't lose hope.
Give a try with attention and positiveness
.
Hoping you will surely get a seat in a good College.
.
Best of luck.
Thank you.

Hey Dhanu

There is a reservation of about 85% for state quota seats and 15% for all India quota. So it is quite difficult for you to get into MBBS with 431 marks through all India quota so you should try for state quota for once if you belong to the Unreserved category. Belonging to a reserved one also it is bit difficult but yes , you can look for it once else go for state quota. You might get a government college.

Good luck!!

Hello,
You have not mentioned your state and category. Anyways,
As you know admission to government medical colleges is based on NEET marks is done under two categories-All India quota(15%) and state quota(85%).
With 431 marks, you might not get any government college through All India quota. But, you have  high chances of getting a decent government medical college for MBBS/BDS program in your state tgrough state quota.

To predict your college you can follow this link

Good luck
