Dear Amit,
No there is no deduction in percentage after gap.
Admission in Delhi University is done on the basis of cut off declared by the University, and if your percentage meets the cut-off declared by the college. College in Delhi University declares cut offs for various courses.
You can check for the cutoff for getting admission.

The University of Delhi will release the application form in the second week of May 2018 (tentatively)
