is there any difference between b.tech chemical engineering and bachelor of chemical engineering?

No there is no difference in them. B Chem Engg is same as BTech in Chem Engg .

But Bachelor of Engineering in chemical is different( BE Chemical Engg ) which is provided in BITS i suppose.
