Hello Aspirant

If you have been allotted a seat already then first you would have to pay the seat acceptance fee to accept the seat. After that you would have to choose the option to freeze/float the seat, if you are satisfied with your current seat you can choose to freeze otherwise keep your seat on float. Most of the people recommend to not freeze the seat because till the last round anything could happen.

Regrading the remaining fee of the college you have been allotted, it depends from counseling to counseling. In some cases, after allotment of seat you have to report to the college for document verification and payment of remaining college fee while some colleges call candidates for document verification after the whole counseling process is over.

So, even if your seat gets upgraded in further rounds and you have paid the complete fee in another college that fee will be transferred to your final allotted college.

Hope this helps
