No. NEET is the entrance examination for admission to MBBS, BDS, Ayush and Veterinary courses across India. Now AIIMS and JIPMER also will conduct admissions through NEET. And NEET is also mandatory for admission to study MBBS/BDS abroad. So just to answer your question, there is no Medical college that offers MBBS without NEET.
