 VIT University is a private university running its campuses in Vellore  Amravati Chennai and Bhopal. 

As per your question, the university does not provide reserved seats for students belonging to different category. 

However the institute gives concession in their fees according to the rank of the students. If your rank is below 10k, you are eligible for that scholarships. Rest they don't provide any such state or category qouta. 

There is a management quota in VIT for which you will have to pay a hefty amount, which could cost you around 20lac+ for your btech degree., which is not worth.

Yea, I believe it's totally fine and good for Muslims as well. There is no descrimination on the basis of religion here. 

There is no reservation criteria for anyone in VIT.
