Is there anything like that in DU that even after clearing the cutoff the one who scored higher will get first admission an then the lower

Hey Amritanshi,
There's nothing like that the one who scored highest will be given admission first. If your percentage lies between the cutoff provided by the college and is eligible accordingly then you'll be given admission. If you clear the cutoff you'll be given admission too irrespective of other things.
