yes there is scope in the IT industry after EEE ENGINEERING.
you may learn programming from an external source like courera or edx or may do a certificate course in programming.
even after just studying EEE, you will get a computer based job.
many companies like google, microsoft, HCL recruit EEE engineers.
you may do mtech in computer science and engineering or IT or even MCA for that matter.

Yes for sure there is.
Any job you take it never depends from which branch you belong.
You just have to gain up coding skills and learn some computer languages and it's fundamentals.
Like networking, operating system, database, data science. You can choose Udemy for that. It has many free courses which will help you out.
