Is there creamy and non creamy layer quota in obc category in upsee Or just obc without sub category?

there is no proper layered quota in upsee. The marks and rank are alloted only on the basis of performance. you can imply scholarship reference with your financial proofs for scholarships under obc/sc/st reservation. other than this , thers is no categorization in upsee.
