Hello.
It is not mentioned anywhere that only people with any specific branch are eligible for ICRB exam.
Eligibility criteria says that you must have cleared your BE/BTech /diploma course from any recognised university , your age must be around 21-30. , Final year student can also apply , there need to have 60 percent marks in graduation and there is relaxation also category wise

but sir there is mentioned that only electronic, mechanical and computer science branch are eligible for icrb exam .

no, for exam, eligibility is only to pass BE/BTech or should be in final year, there is no relation of branch with it , the thing which you saw may be the requirement of ISRO- ICRB in 2018 there was requirement for only three branch but now they want for more branches also.
