Firstly, you will have to apply for the course you are interested in. Then they will sort of the students by their marks, the marks doesn't include your Tamil and English subjects.

The students who are in top, out of 800 are selected first. They released a list of students who are selected. Then the students who are selected either have to accept the offer or reject it. After this process the remaining places will be filled by the next set of students who are in waiting list.

Then few days later, the waiting list students will be called. You can also accept the offer or reject it. The waiting list students are also merit based and don't need to pay any donation. After this process. They have a certain mark limit who can apply for management quota for rest of the students.

Those who are above the cutoff are called and they have to pay the donation that day itself and confirm their places. For Bsc course they asked Rs. 75,000. For commerce donation is in the range of 1 lakh - 3 lakh. As thier course is super competitive.
