is there only PCM pecentage (>75%) matters or over all percentage of 10+2 matters for jee main 2019 to take admission in NITS...

Only the PCM percentage matters for taking admission in NITs, ie. One should have an aggregate of 75% or more in PCM to take admission. The overall percentage of +2 does not matter in taking admission through JEE Main in NITs.
