is this easy to switch to MBA after bsc biology and helpful in future or not

YES,you can always go for MBA after BSC bIOLOGY. but remember , this will be a completely different field which will not be supported by your education till now. so before you do it , ask yourself , why do you want to do MBA .

Doing MBA would not assure the job. It depends upon the institution , your performance,demand of your expertise . So if that's that you want to do job go for it .But do it from a good institution , no shortcuts. However , to get a good job you don't need an MBA. many of them need a hands -on skill rather than a degree . It could pay to do the certification for those skills, or give GOVT competitive exams and try to get some work experience .
