The Axial tilt means the poles receive constant sunlight at the poles particularly when the pole is directed towards the Sun. But the temperature at the North Pole during Summer is 0C and at the South Pole it is -60C. This causes the Poles to be cooler in Summer.

False, it does not become hot at poles during summer the temperature increases but it is not hot there since the angle of incidence of sun is so low that they don;t get enough sunlight even it is continuous for a certain time as compared to the geographic density of sunlight that the equator and other regions get in summers.
