Sometime it's take a while for approval by admin as lots of application filled. Although if you have submitted in the directed way which neet has told then you don't need to worry about that. The right form of uploading image in neet application form was

Passport photograph.

• Latest photograph
• White background
• 80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white background
• Size - 10 Kb to 200 Kb Format - JPG
• 2.5 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI

Postcard size picture

• Must be taken on or after September 1, 2019.
• Preferably with name and date of taking the photograph
• Photograph should not be with cap or goggles.
• 80% face coverage, ears clearly visible, on white background
• 4"x6" (Size 10 kb - 200 kb)
• 4.25 x 3.5 inches with 72 DPI

So if you have followed the above prescribed format to upload your photo, eventually your form will be accepted. There are very low chances it's get rejected.

Although, yesterday NTA has released city centre name for each applicant so you can check your by visitingn official website ntaneet.niv.in with the help of your application no and date of birth.

If you have been allocated your city centre name then most probably your application has been accepted.
