Hello himanshu,
Yes, NCERT combined with previous years question papers is enough not only for Surface chemistry but overall chemistry, as chemistry is one of the most scoring subject and mostly if your basics are good you can score well chemistry.
You can analyse previous year papers and can solve many questions for practice after studying NCERT thoroughly, but if you can get time, you can also check out questions from 1 or more books for practice.
But preparation from NCERT and previous years question is enough if you do them carefully.
I hope it helps,
Best of luck.
Hey,
To be very honest surface chemistry is a kind of chapter by that mostly involves theory part and hence no matter how you try you can't get that difficult question from this chapter.
Along with that they don't ask much question from this chapter and whatever they ask is solely from the ncert book.
So I will recommend you that yes you can go with 100% surety for ncert in order to study your surface chemistry chapter.
Hope that helps.
Thank you.
