Hello,
Delhi University is one of the best institutes in India. And the admission for bachelors occurs directly using Class 12 marks. Each year the admission procedure depends on a set cut-off. For the previous year the lower limit was around 76%<. With 65% your chances are very less. But you may get for BA Hons. in Punjabi.
