If we talk about NEET , it's an national level exam. Hence, for it's preparation you must be choosing a good book
If we talk about SL Arora , it's an board level book . For neet preparation, use. DC pandey or MTG Neet guides.

See , you can't rely solely on a book for your preparation of NEET as the competition is severely high and you have to be extra prepared.
Start by clearing out basics from NCERT , then you can take your level up by atleast taking help from 2-3 good guides , then you should do previous year papers and mock tests
Books such as ncert fingertips are really good for the preparations
