I've a very weak profile. My UG gpa in 59% and completed it with arrears. Also, i've a 2 gap years and one year of experience. Which B schools should i apply for?

hi,

see cgpa matters a lot to admission in top bschools, however your entrance scores like cat, xat, mat, cmat etc, caste category also plays a vital role, if you have good score and decent work experience and soft skills you may select in tier 1 colleges, so I suggest you to work hard to get a good score in your upcoming exams,  you did not mention which exam you are targeting now,do mention the exam name,then I may suggest you some college name.

I'm targeting to write GMAT SNAP MAT and CMAT. Could you please help in this regard?

first off all you need to check the question pattern, in mba entrance test questions are based on aptitude, verbal and logical reasoning, english, general awareness etc. follow the previous years papers and practice regularly.
