I've uploaded class 12th provisional certificate(which is not self attested by me) instead of 12th marksheet in my DU form.what should I do?

You can change this by paying rs100 at the portal.
Then you change the document over there easily.

But there is no option to change the marksheet... even after paying rs 10p

But there is no option to change the marksheet... even after paying rs 100.. There is no option by which I can upload my self attested 12th marksheet and delete the provisional certificate.

If there is no option that means your registration will get cancelled..
