Firstly one month is only going to be beneficial when you have studied in advance for the exam. There are certain topics oin all the three subjects, i.e., maths Physics and chemistry that have more weightage for the exam. You will get them in the link given below.

Taking about the books for preparation, last minute, question banks are going to be more beneficial. You can refer to books like D C Pandey for Physics, O P Tandon for chemistry and R D Sharma for maths. Not to forget about the NCERTs.

Make a timetable which you follow strictly. Give more time to topics you are weak in. Solve as many question banks and previous year question papers as you can. This will help you give an idea for the exam.
