Since this years cutoff has not been declared yet by the University, Previous year's cutoff in the final round are - 

Integrated M.Tech. (iMTech) in CSE-200

Integrated M.Tech. (iMTech) in ECE-190

The final cutoff was 196 and 186 respectively for CSE and ECE in spot round was 196 and 186 respectively.

This years cutoff will be around these only.

IIIT bangalore admissions are on the basis of JEE mains score and then one needs to seprately apply for IIIT-B coumselling.

The last year cutoff in the final round was:

Integrated M.Tech. (iMTech) in CSE-182

Integrated M.Tech. (iMTech) in ECE-170


I hope the cutoff for this year will be somewhere around these only.
