JEE MAIN RANK 28820 IS THERE ANY CHANCE FOR SEAT ALLOTMENT IN NIT DURGAPUR?

YES,there is a strong chance of getting a seat in civil engineering in home state quota because previous year the seat alloted in 7th round on a rank of 35000 and metallurgical engineering,chemical engineering . also chances getting other top branches is there but the probability is 50-50.
