Hello,
As per your JEE Mains percentile which is 95% your OBC category rank would be somewhere around 13000.
As per this rank getting into top NITs would be really tough for you but you might have a chance in some of the lower NITs like NIT Puducherry, NIT Andhra Pradesh, but the chances are really low and even if you get seats you will have to compromise with tye department since top departments like CSE and IT have a higher Cutoff.
You should try for state level counseling like MP, Maharashtra etc. Where you might get some good state government colleges. Even if you aren't able to grab seats in a government college, you'll surely be eligible for some top private colleges.
