Dear Kunal, Jharkhand Open State Board is a State run open school and it is recognised by the Central Government. JSOS is registered under the Government of Jharkhand. It is also being considered for COBSE Consideration. So just to answer your question, JSOS is a valid board. You can know more about it at: https://www.jsos.ac.in/
