Kaif My mothers Surname in 10th marksheet is SIDDIQUI but in 12th it is SIDOIQUI. Does it create any type of problem in Neet counseling?

Get an affidavit stating that both the surnames belong to your mother. Ideally this affidavit will suffice as a valid proof of document for identifation during counselling and that should be absolutely fine.
