Yes, you can do MA or M.COM after completing your BSC.
.
I will help you out with the eligibility criteria for Both the courses,
.
Eligibility for MA,
  • Candidate should complete there graduation 10+2+3 or 10+2+4 with minimum 55%  in graduation level
  • One should be providing correct information if the information provided is wrong the admission will be cancelled
  • One should pass all the semesters
  • One should clear entrance exams mentioned below
  • CPGET
  • TUEE
  • CUCET
  • IPU CET etc.,
  • some of the colleges conduct there own entrance exam

Eligibility criteria for M.COM,
  • One should have graduation with atleast 50%
  • Entrance exams for MCOM are,
  • CS
  • CA
  • ICMAI
  • DU DSE etc,

And remaining follows the same. So if you possess the above mentioned criteria you are eligible for your course.
