You can get admission in engineer colleges directly., but if u want to join in well known clg you have to attend the state level exam or if u want to join in nit or iit you have attend JEE examination,

Otherwise many private and deemed universities conducting individual entrance examination you can attend those examination many industrialist provides scholarship also you can search about it

Even iit and nit also provides individual entrance examination for dual degree courses.

You can't get admissions in any engineering college without appearing in any state level or nation level entrance exams.Most of the engineering colleges offer admission based on JEE mains score.And i would like to suggest you that even if you will get option of admission by any college based on 12th score,just simply ignore it.Those colleges are not worth joining.

Yes Vaibhav, that's how all student take admission in Btech. They complete their 12th and then give entrance exam(mainly JEE Mains) and take admission in various engineering colleges. You can get admission in an engineering through 12th marks also directly without giving any entrance exam.But these colleges who take students on directly from 12th marks are not that good in terms of quality.
