Yes of course. As per the latest pattern of JEE-Main released by National Testing Agency there will be two attempts for JEE-Main in an year and it is upon you that in which attempt you want to appear and if you appear for both attempts then also you can but in that case you best score among the two scores will be considered for final result. So if you will not be appearing for first attempt which is expected to be conducted in month of February '21 so you can appear for second attempt which is expected to be conducted in month of May '21.
