Yes you can definitely participate in csab counselling even if you get a seat allotted in josaa here you should note that if have secured your seat by paying the seat acceptance fee then if you get a seat allotted in csab then you do not need to pay any more fee for securing the seat also if you do not get a seat in csab and you do not surrender your seat in josaa then the seat you were allotted in josaa will be final. Lastly if you surrender you seat in josaa or in csab then you will be refunded your fee in sometime in the bank details you have provided.
