Hello,
So you are in 11th standard you should divide your study hours as for school study and neet preparations.
If you wake up early you can give about 1 hr to reading course books and learning any formulas.
After school at 4 pm you should study for neet about 2 hrs daily, you can increase Or decrease your time according to your limit.
After that take a small break not more than half hour you can take a nap, walk, snack etc.
Before dinner do your school studies like completing homework, essay, assignment. After your dinner if you fill tired or sleepy just do some maths, solve problems.
Begin a career in Medical and Allied Sciences. Admissions Open for
Sleep early to rise early. You can add exercise, jogging to your routine in morning before your study session.
Don't do study sessions continue for 5-6 hours take break drink water in between study or you can eat something sweet.
If you are in 12th 2-3 hours is more than enough for neet study. You can do one thing the topic you learn in college you can go through same topic in neet books it'll help you revise.
On Sunday's try to give more time to neet solve mcqs, difficult topics, notes etc. Self written notes helps you and mock tests too.
Always remember quality over quantity.

As we are moving back to our offline schedules, it has become somewheat difficult to manage the time properly. Also, there are some schools which are giving option of online schooling as well, if your school is proving so then you must opt that (if you are not able to understand the topics/syllabus by your school teachers). Other than this, if you have join any coaching centre/ instituition then definitely they will help you to manage your time.
I would suggest you to give atleast 4-5 hours for self study. First, become familiar with the NEET 2022 syllabus and then set deadlines to complete the topics. Stick to the deadlines otherwise syllabus will pile up and it will become difficult to complete it. Keep a day for revising, any day, Sunday or the day when you have most of spare time. Once you are done with syllabus, try to solve mock tests or sample papers or previous years question papers. To know more tips, visit here:
