Hello!
Officially NTA has not yet released the cutoffs for JEE advanced. However, looking at the trends pver previous years, the cutoffs for SC categories were 45 marks in 2018, 64 marks in 2017 and 38 marks in 2016. The cutoff will not be consistent always. So it can't be said prior whether you are eligible for counselling or not.
