So on such rank and category you have no chance to get CSE in any of the NITs/IIITs/CFTIs, so I would recommend you to either go for state counselling for state GFTIs like RTU Kota, BTU Bikaner, MBM Engineering college, Jodhpur, etc. or for private colleges like :-
