I think think you are asking about the intermediate criteria that private universities or colleges ask before the admission. The intermediate criteria of any candidate who want to take admission in the private college is as :

Candidates must have secured 50% marks in Mathematics separately.

Candidates must have an aggregate of 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics together.
- To take admission under Management Quota in Private Self Financing Engineering Colleges or Government Controlled Self Financing Engineering Colleges candidates must have 45% marks in Mathematics, Physics and Chemistry put together.
