Hello aspirant. It is very difficult to tell an exact numerical value for your query. Admission depends on large number of factors like state quota cut off, All India Quota and your category reservation. Under state quota the cut off may go as low as 250-290 for MBBS. But keep in mind that in order to get top government colleges you need to have a rank above 1,00,000 at least for safety.
