Last year I have attended the examination of class 11 and I failed ,now I'm again studying in 11 .can I give iitjee examination ?

Yeah definitely you can able to write the IIT-JEE entrance examination when you will be in the Class 12th. So overall you have 3 attempts to write the JEE MAINS and 2 attempts for JEE Advance.
