Admission into medical colleges offering MBBS is done via NEET UG conducted by NTA, except for AIIMS and JIPMER, which conduct their own entrance examinations.
As of now, no medical college has released application forms for admission into MBBS. The forms are generally released after the declaration of the NEET results, which usually takes place in the first week of June (if there aren't any delays). Following the release of NEET results, states and independent institutions like AFMC, release the application forms for counselling and admission into their respective colleges.
Similarly, AIIMS and JIPMER also, begin their counselling and admission processes after the declaration of results.
