Station and exam fee Candidate should use internet banking of State Bank of India. The other hand here she can use his debuted credit card for online payment other equiset amount of any Bank where he is her account is operating. You have to express your failing  to make the payments to the UPSC exam  conducting authority to their official email address for dressing your problems of payment. They will take action as soon as possible.

UPSC conducts various exams and you haven't mentioned the name of the exam. As of now the application for ONLINE RECRUITMENT APPLICATIONS (ORA) is active assuming that you are applying for any of these posts we would suggest you to please wait for a day a and check the status of the application. If it still not updates please check the bank balance, if there is sufficient balance then please try to pay the application fee using any other mode such as debit card, net banking, credit card. The amount if deducted earlier will be refunded to the same bank account within 7-10 business days. If you haven't received the refund kindly contact he bank's customer service and enquire. Please note transaction details before making the call to the bank's customer service.
