For JEE MAINS result, you will have to fill in the general rank crl and for cet results you wil have the state rank. 

Since cet gets you a seat in a state university, state rank will be needed.However if your doubt is regarding the jee's rank if you need to enter the state rank or the general rank, then it is the general rank
