Hello Sujeet,

What is the reason you could not pay your fees? If it was for a technical fault/bank failure, you may email the UPSEE board stating your problem but the last date may have passed.

If on the other hand you could not afford it, you can apply for scholarship. After paying the money, see if you can edit the choices. You most likely will.

If the problem persists, contact UPSEE at the IDs given here: https://upsee.nic.in/publicinfo/public/home.aspx
