As per NEET cutoff 2019, candidates belonging to UR category are required to score at least 119 marks (out of 720) in order to qualify NEET 2019, while OBC/SC/ST category candidates need a minimum of 96 marks to qualify.

If you want to get a government medical college in all India quota with your marks, then it is very low for you to get a seat. You can get a seat in a government college if your home quota cut offs go low. However in all India quota it will not be possible. You can try for private colleges.
