See the paper this year came way too easy as compared to previous 4 years which made the cut off to rise.
So the cut off may rise up to 30 - 35 as seeing the standard of the level of the paper. But this marks only for the qualifying purpose u won't get any kind of the colleges or any PSUs for that u have to get much more good score.
