First thing is that ; jee mains is for admission in nits and IIITs and other gfti s.
To take admission in IIT you have to qualify jee advanced with a very good rank.
First of all you have to qualify Jee mains and than after qualifying jee mains you can give jee advanced.
Marks will depend upon the exam difficulty level ; but generally it is 250+ for IIT Bombay .
