You can choose any one of thyem. If you want to build a career in engineering only you can go for ME/MTech courses. MBA is something which is for everyone. If you want a spike in your career growth then you can go for MBA and join the corporate sector. Apart from that you can also go for a job if you have no intentions of pursuing higher educations as of now. In job also you'll be getting some managerial training and you can be promoted to an assistant manager depending upon the company you are working for and the learning opportunities they provide.
