meri crl rank 47k hai and obc rank 13k outside delhi and official website par obc ke column me ece ki cutoff 16k di hai to kya ab crl consider hogi ya obc wali?? like kya ye mujhe mil sakta hai ya nhi???

Hey,
For any councelling All India Rank is considered. So whatever the cutoff rank for Electronics and Communication is given, is all India Rank.
For category relaxation, rank is changed according to the relaxation given. So please check the rank accordingly.
