There is no minimum marks for JEE Mains. By Minimum, if you mean Minimum for qualifying for JEE Advanced, then you can check average cutoff scores for your caste on Careers360.com

If you want to get admission in NITs/IIITs then you have to score a minimum percentage of 75% aggregate in class 12th board exams.And if you want to get admission in any private colleges then getting around 60% marks in class 12th board exams would be enough.
The cutoff marks of jee mains in 2017 for general category students was 81 marks and in 2016 it was 100 marks.
