If I'm getting 580+ then why the hell I have to pay 5L..I could get mbbs  in my state and that too a merit seat..I don't understand what you are saying..I mean if I have good Mark I could have studies in my own place..please help me..is there any college in Bangalore to study if I get 360+

The safest score should be approx 600 but their admission criteria is not yet out and if you talk about the fee structure then it should be approx 5,00,000 per year.
